CURRENTLY OFFERED TYPES OF WORK & PRICING

Before commissioning me, take note:

1. Strictly NO REFUNDS after I stated that I have started on the initial sketch.2. Kindly provide all VISUAL references necessary. This includes the character/s, poses, and background.3. Make sure all the details are accurate. Some, but not all, of the things to take note off:- Size of body parts (accurate or exaggerated proportions). Make sure to list all the necessary details, and provide VISUAL references if you'd want it to be more specific.- Double check the pose you want me to draw, where the body parts are placed and the orientation (side view, quarter view, etc.) Provide the accurate VISUAL reference needed. If the details are very specific and visual references are hard to find, kindly describe them to me as best and accurately as possible.- If there is a background, kindly make sure to provide the details accurately.- Please make sure to finalize all these relevant details before I start rendering.- This is to make sure we avoid unnecessary revisions. Speaking of revisions;4. Rules for revisions:- When the comission is at the FLAT COLORS STAGE, I can revise anything within that stage, whether it be lineart or the base colors.- When the commission is at the RENDERING STAGE, revisions for the lineart are an additional $10 per round of revisions. However, revisions WITHIN the rendering stage are free, like adding or removing details or changing rendered colors, as long as it does not require me to revise the lineart I provided after the lineart and flat colors stage.Kindly refer to Process and Delivery below for the full details of the stages I mentioned.

Process and Delivery:

- After I accept your order, I will issue an invoice via PayPal, and once I receive your payment, you will secure a slot (if there is an open one), allowing me to begin work on the drawing if you are at the top of the queue.- Commissions can be settled either entirely in advance (100% upfront) or divided into two payments, with 50% upfront, then 50% after sketch approval. Only USD is accepted as currency.- I will let you know once I begin your commission and will provide updates along the way. The timeframe will be approximately 3 to 30 days, influenced by factors like the nature of the commission, the slot number, my health/emergencies, and if there are multiple versions.- The initial sketch will be delivered within 1 to 3 days of me stating I have started on your artwork, depending on how much work is required. The second stage will feature the line art/s, followed by the third stage with the flat color/s. From there, I will provide occasional updates highlighting any major progress.- If there are several versions, I will share the initial sketch of the main version first, then followed by the variations. Then the same applies: second stage line-art, third stage flat colors, and from there, occasional updates.- Before I proceed to rendering/shading, I will send all the flat color progress of the variants. If you want major or minor revisions, kindly say so before or at this stage, because after this stage, lineart revisions will be priced, as stated earlier.- Once the piece is finished you will get the full resolution image (4K), and all of the versions for multiple version commissions.

Terms of Service:

I, Kuumaumi (the artist),- have the absolute right to my artwork. This includes posting on socials for promotion, and using it for my portfolio. I have the right to include my artwork in publications such as artbooks, editorial projects, and selling prints (previously commissioned or not).- have the right to decline any commission due to personal reasons.- have the right to inform you if there are details in the commission that are beyond my current capabilities, and may offer an alternative.You, the client/commissioner:- are allowed to the personal use of the commissioned artwork, for as long as I am credited as the artist of said artwork. This includes uploading on websites and social media.- are NOT allowed to the commercial use of the commissioned artwork (make prints, reselling, redistributing, etc.)- are not allowed to tamper on the stated final commissioned artwork (tracing, draw-over, edit, rendering, removing watermarks)- are not allowed to use any of my artworks for AI Learning.
